These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cauver platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are operated by Organflow Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), trading as Cauver.
By accessing or using Cauver, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Definitions
Company refers to Organflow Ltd (trading as Cauver).
Client / Customer / You refers to any individual or entity using the Services.
Services refers to the Cauver workforce management platform including attendance, payroll, shift scheduling, analytics, and related features.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- Creating an account
- Subscribing to a service
- Accepting a quotation or proposal
- Making a payment
- Using the platform
3. Service Scope
Cauver provides a cloud-based workforce management platform which may include:
- Attendance tracking
- Payroll management
- Shift scheduling
- GPS workforce tracking
- Employee self-service
- Analytics and reporting
We may enhance, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Subscription & Commercial Terms
- Services may be offered on a subscription or project basis.
- Pricing and billing cycles are defined in your plan.
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination.
5. Implementation & Project Terms
- Estimates are based on initial requirements.
- Scope changes may result in additional costs.
- Timelines depend on client inputs.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Use the Services lawfully.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Ensure legal compliance of employee data.
You are responsible for obtaining rights for uploaded content.
7. Third-Party Services
Cauver may integrate with third-party providers such as:
- Payment processors
- Cloud hosting
- Communication services
We are not responsible for third-party failures.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain with Organflow Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for internal use.
9. Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of your data.

10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Downtime

11. Maintenance & Support

- Work not started
- Services not delivered as agreed
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
13. Service Suspension & Termination
- Overdue payments
- Violation of terms
- Misuse of services
Data may be deleted after termination.
14. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
15. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
