4. Subscription & Commercial Terms

• Services may be offered on a subscription or project basis.
• Pricing and billing cycles are defined in your plan.
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination.

5. Implementation & Project Terms

• Estimates are based on initial requirements.
• Scope changes may result in additional costs.
• Timelines depend on client inputs.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Use the Services lawfully.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Ensure legal compliance of employee data.

You are responsible for obtaining rights for uploaded content.

7. Third-Party Services

Cauver may integrate with third-party providers such as:

• Payment processors

We are not responsible for third-party failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with Organflow Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for internal use.

You retain ownership of your data.
